Our eBook Collection includes numerous titles on fiction, poetry, and drama. Use the Search Bar below to get started with a keyword search or browse our eBooks.
When using Google Scholar, add Mississippi University for Women to your Library Links under Settings, and use the Full Text Finder to avoid messages about paying for an article to read it. Your library will get it to you for free!

Getting books
For students who do not live or attend classes at our Columbus campus, you still have access to our library materials.
For items in our catalog: click "Place Hold" (or "Retrieve Item from Athena"), and email ill-lib@muw.edu with your name, 950- number, and correct mailing address.
For InterLibrary Loans: For ILLs, go to the library website and follow the instructions to request a book through Tipasa. https://www.muw.edu/library/research/ill
Renewing Items
Renew items online through your Account up to 2 times before the due date.
If you need to renew an Interlibrary Loan, email ill-lib@muw.edu.
Returning books
All packages will include a pre-paid postage slip you will use to return items.
If packages are received after the grace period or damaged, patrons are responsible for overdue fees, damages, or lost items.
