Applied Ethics Certificate

The Certificate in Applied and Professional Ethics offers a valuable credential for those entering professions such as public health, business, politics, public policy, education, and social work. We provide ethics training that will assist you in future leadership positions and service on institutional ethics committees and compliance boards.

Students must take 4 classes (12 credits) in moral philosophy. All students will be required to take:

PHL 204 Ethics
PHL 465 Contemporary Ethical Problems

Philosophy Minor

A minor in Philosophy requires 18 hours in the discipline, including:
