Imaging for upcoming course: Archives and Special Collections may be able to digitize small groups of materials that will be needed for a class. Availability of this services depends on lead time, number of images to digitize, copyright of the documents in question, and demand. Images will be deposited in Athena Commons (pending its completion), linkable from Canvas, and use copies can also be sent to instructor via Dropbox or delivered via flash drive depending on total size.

Visitor scanning service: Alternatively, the archives will make up to 10 low-res images and/or prints for visitors at the time of their visit.

Camera use in reading room: As another alternative, students and instructors are free to use archival materials in the reading room and make their own images using phones, cameras, or other devices (no flash photography, please).
