Regular Printing

You must have a banner account to print in the library.  All students receive a $5.00 quota at the beginning of the semester that can be used at any location. When that quota is used up, the student will be charged for each subsequent print job. This fee is charged to student's account. We cannot take cash.

The library offers large format printing of academic research posters for MUW faculty, staff, and students.

Prices: $5/linear foot.

Students: Your charges will go through PaperCut to your Banner account.

Faculty/Staff: You may charge the amount to your department account.

Sizing:  The width of the printer is 36". We can print up to any amount high x 36" wide. For custom sizes under 36" wide, please let us know in advance.

Follow these guidelines to have a poster printed:

  • You may bring a PDF of your poster on a flash drive or upload it from your myapps/Cloud service account on our computer at the checkout/return desk. Sign in to Papercut using your portal ID and password.
  • Please allow enough time for the poster to print, especially if several posters have been submitted at once. We'll email you when it's ready to be picked up at the checkout/return desk.
  • Make sure your file is of adequate resolution and size to make a quality print (printing size must be set before you start your design!).
  • Payment is due upon submission. Faculty and staff can charge to their department or grant account.
