We teach students research skills they need through instruction sessions and asynchronous tools (like tutorials, customized LibGuides, videos, or other library resources). Fill out the instruction request form below to request either of these in any format (online, in-person, synchronous, or asynchronous) with the library.

1. To add the Library Resources Module to your Canvas course, first log in to Canvas and select “Commons” on the left hand side of the screen.
2. Then search “muw library resources” in the search bar and select the module that appears.
3. Click “Import/Download” on the right hand side of the following page.
4. Select the courses that you would like to add the module to and click “Import into Course”.
5. The Library Resources module will populate amongst your other course modules and you will be able to move it around as necessary.

Faculty can place both library books and personal books on reserve. To submit materials for reserve, please print out and complete the form below. If the reserve item is a library book, you can scan and email the form to: library@muw.edu. If you are placing personal copies of books on reserve, please bring the books along with the completed form to the library.
