• Norman Rockwell Museum: Illustration is an online gallery that links to information about individual artists and the genres and time periods in which they have worked.
• The Sketchbook Project digital library "is the virtual extension of the Brooklyn Art Library and contains 25,019 complete scanned contributions."
• Walt Reed Illustration Archive 
• Women Who Draw "is an open directory of female professional illustrators, artists, and cartoonists. It was created by two women artists in an effort to increase the visibility of female illustrators, emphasizing female illustrators of color, LGBTQ+, and other minority groups of female illustrators."
