  • Use Zotero to generate in-text references and a Works Cited or References list 
• Description: This assignment uses Zotero, a citation management software, to demonstrate how researchers can gather, annotate, and generate citations from references in a Zotero library. 
• Use cases: This lesson is best suited for undergraduate or graduate students who are collecting a large number of resources (approx. more than 10) for a research assignment.

Cricut Design Space Lesson

• Learning Objective(s):
  • Become familiar with the Cricut 2D Plotting Cutter
  • Use Cricut Design Space to import pictures and designs
  • Arrange items in the Design Space so it can be cut on the Cricut Maker
  • Decide which media to use for the cut.
• Description: This assignment uses Cricut Design Space, a simple editor that can be used to update designs to be cut use any Cricut Die-cut Machine.
• Use cases: This lesson is best suited for any patron that would like to utilize the Cricut Maker provided by the library.

3D Printing Introduction Lesson

• Learning Objective(s):
  • Become familiar with the basic idea of a 3D printer
  • Discover how 3D printing could be used in your field/area of interest
  • Identify the basic parts that all additive 3D printers use
  • Design a simple 3D object in TinkerCAD
• Description: This workshop will walk patrons through the basics of 3D printing with some 3D design.
